Outside of his real estate career, Steve worked on the trading floor of the Pacific Stock Exchange in the early 70's. In the late 80's, Steve helped pioneer and develop digital voice processing software with his service bureaus associated with both AT&T and MCI. During the 90's, Steve produced and directed cable television commercials in West Los Angeles with Jamie Farr of television's M.A.S.H. fame.
Steve's hobbies include blue water sailing, getting beat at pool, old movies, music, his dog, birds, and flying.
