I have been actively marketing and selling real estate in Telluride for over ten years. I began my Telluride real estate career as Marketing Coordinator at the Franz Klammer Lodge in 1995 and was quickly promoted to manage the development's most successful client generation program. In 1997, I was recruited to Peaks Real Estate with the opportunity to participate in the growth and development of the fastest growing general real estate company in the area.

At the time, Peaks Real Estate consisted of one office with three agents. Peaks Real Estate is now over 40 agents strong with seven office locations throughout The Peaks Resort, Mountain Village and Telluride. The company is consistently one of the top three producing real estate companies in the Telluride region with average annual transactions over $100 million each year and over $200 million in company listings representing every segment of the market.

I continue to assist with the everyday operation and management of the company and oversee the company's design and production of print collateral, web marketing, and client generation programs. I offer the experience and knowledge necessary to introduce and educate buyers on the Telluride real estate market. I provide the best possible service and market exposure in selling listed properties.

My goal is to combine this market knowledge with attention to detail in order to provide total client satisfaction, helping buyers and sellers individually to make their Telluride dream a reality. I am fortunate to have worked closely with our employing broker and glean years of sales experience and market knowledge. I keep well informed of market trends, current conditions and available properties.

I am a member of the Telluride, Colorado and National Association of Realtors and am a participant in the First Time Homebuyers Assistance Fund.
