I offer over thirty years of experience in resort management, marketing, guest services, construction/construction management and real estate marketing, sales and development.

Beginning in 1970 in Colorado ski resorts as a Ski School Director, food and beverage concession owner and Director of Marketing for local/regional skier visits as well as destination skier charter programs. Also served as Director of Sales and Marketing for a very successful real estate sales program selling Fractional Interval Estates.

General Contractor for a period of eleven years specializing in all facets of residential and commercial construction including the acquisition and development of VA, FHA prior approved subdivisions, custom single family solar residences and commercialoffice and retail buildings. Successfully developed seven single-family residences in Telluride during 1995-2004.

Recruited as a Sales Executive in 1989 to join the sales staff for Doral Telluride Resort and Spa in Telluride, Colorado. Successful as Top Producing Sales Agent during pre-opening sales programs. Promoted to President of company after two years and led very successful general real estate sales business located in the Doral Telluride Resort & Spa, producing nearly $15 million dollars in general real estate sales.

Completed the sale of 10 penthouse condominiums under the ownership of the Doral Telluride Resort & Spa at an average selling price exceeding $475. per square foot-at the time, the highest in Telluride's history. This has been followed by the successful sale of additional 17 shell condominiums under the ownership of The Peaks at Telluride; total penthouse sales revenue now exceeds $50 million.

Recruited as a Sales Executive and Promoted to Vice President of Sales within three months for Franz Klammer Lodge Phase I membership program (July 1995 through June 1997). Responsible for organizing marketing, client generation, and sales organization. Successfully completed 275 membership sales with a volume of approximately $43 million.

Currently sole owner and managing broker of Peaks Real Estate, a full service real estate brokerage specializing in the marketing and sale of residential, commercial and development properties in Telluride, Colorado. Since its inception, the firm has grown to nearly 40 licensed sales professionals, support staff, & seven office locations responsible for over $271 million in property listings. Professional Licenses include: Colorado Real Estate Broker, Airplane Single and Multi-engine Land.
