A 13-year veteran of the Peaks Real Estate/Sotheby's International Realty team, J.J. Ossola moved to Telluride in 1995 via growing up just outside of St. Louis, MO and achieving a BA in Economics & Spanish with a minor in Marketing & Management Studiesat Duke University.
He has officed in the Mountain Village core for almost 12 years, specifically working in various sales and marketing capacities for large-scale condominium development projects such as Franz Klammer Lodge, Mountain Lodge at Telluride, See Forever Village, and Hotel Telluride. In addition to these project-specific tasks, he has also worked with countless individual buyers to help them find the condominium, home, or piece of land that best suits their needs and financial goals.
More recently, he has partnered with clients on the development of multiple single family speculative homes in Mountain Village. Related tasks include assisting in site selection, overall design development, marketing and sales. Lastly, J.J. is currently a development partner and the official listing agent for Telluride's newest luxury boutique condominium hotel, lumière, Telluride, scheduled to open its doors in July of 2008.
His office is located at the Base of Lift 4 in the Heritage Plaza, Mountain Village.
