Bill Blueher has lived in beautiful Telluride for 35 years. Born and raised in Albuquerque New Mexico, Bill discovered Telluride while touring the country by motorcycle in the summer of 1973. Bill fell in love with Telluride's natural beauty and being22 years old, he moved to Telluride. Bill's first Telluride business venture was the Bushwhacker Inn, a Bed and Breakfast that he built and operated from 1973-1981 with two partners from Albuquerque.

After getting his Colorado Broker's license in 1985, Bill became a full time Telluride REALTOR. Early in his career, Bill earned the GRI advanced designation from the National Association of REALTORS. Bill is a member of the Telluride, Colorado and National Association of REALTORS.

As an established, experienced Telluride REALTOR, Bill understands the unique aspects of the Telluride real estate market. Bill is skilled and equipped to attend to all client needs and works hard to serve his clients' interests. Bill is a detailed oriented, hands-on REALTOR. Personally, Bill and his wife Paula have been married since 1990. They have a daughter, Shelby, who also loves Telluride.
